3月21日，位于北京城市副中心的北京缦云one二期一栋楼取得预售许可证。这栋11#住宅楼共获批135套房源，均价6.71万元/㎡。不到5天，已有两套低层房源网签，面积约420.99㎡，均价约5.51万元/㎡。
缦云ONE共11栋6-23F洋房及高层623套住宅，改善大平层，主力建面199-350㎡，层高3.3米，一梯一户。截至目前，已累计网签215套。
