Token中文名定了：词元

AI热潮中，一个概念的地位正在渐渐凸显——Token，它是排行榜上大模型调用量的评估标准，也是大模型厂商销售套餐的计费单位。

在中国发展高层论坛2026年年会上，国家数据局局长刘烈宏表示，Token“词元”不仅是智能时代的价值锚点，更是连接技术供给与商业需求的“结算单位”，为商业模式的落地提供了可量化的可能；也从官方角度上为Token给出了翻译：“词元”。

The Chinese translation of "token" has been officially defined as ciyuan (词元).

"Tokens are not only the value anchor of the intelligent era, but also the settlement unit linking technological supply with commercial demand," said Liu Liehong, head of the National Data Administration, at a State Council press conference, describing them as a quantifiable basis for AI business models.

我国日均Token调用量超140万亿

较2025年底增长超40%

刘烈宏介绍，截至2025年年底，全国已建成高质量数据集超过10万个。到今年3月，我国日均Token（词元）调用量超过140万亿，相比2024年初的1000亿增长了1000多倍，相比2025年底的100万亿，三个月时间又增长了40%多。

Liu said that daily consumption of tokens — tiny data units used by AI models — had surpassed 140 trillion as of March, a more than 1,000-fold increase from the 100 billion recorded at the beginning of 2024 and over 40 percent higher than the 100 trillion recorded at the end of last year.

刘烈宏表示，日均Token调用量的大量增加，充分表明中国的人工智能发展进入快速增长阶段，应用场景在不断深化，从能对话到能决策执行的智能体，中国人工智能产业的竞争力显著增强，也标志着数据集的供给在大量增加，数据要素的价值在不断释放，数据要素赋能人工智能创新发展进入了良性互动的阶段。

"The surge signals that China's AI industry is expanding quickly and evolving from basic chat functions to more sophisticated systems capable of decision-making and task execution," Liu said.

据介绍，下一步，国家数据局将以场景需求为牵引，加快推进先行先试工作，打造技术可行、实用便捷、质量保障的高质量数据集，实现供给的量质提升。

At the news conference, Liu announced that the government's next step for developing data elements will be to establish a unified national system for registering data property rights and roll out policies to build an integrated national data market and promote data infrastructure development.
