3月25日，上市公司协会发布2月统计月报。数据显示，截至2026年2月底，境内股票市场共有上市公司5492家，其中上交所2310家、深交所2887家、北交所295家。
2026年2月，新增上市公司8家，较1月减少1家；当月无退市公司。
市值分布方面，报告期内万亿市值以上的上市公司共7家，市值在100亿至500亿元以及20亿至50亿元区间的公司均为1698家，市值20亿元以下的公司有180家。
