3月25日，广发银行发布公告称，2026年3月28日起，该行手机银行、个人网银停止提供开具时段个人存款证明服务，如需开具时段存款证明，证明某一时间段在该行的个人存款余额情况，请前往该行营业网点柜台办理。广发银行手机银行、个人网银将持续提供开具时点个人存款证明服务。
2026年3月28日之前通过广发银行手机银行或个人网银已开具的时段个人存款证明，仍可登陆该行官网首页(www.cgbchina.com.cn)“在线快捷服务”，使用“线上存款证明验证”进行真实性，有效性验证。
