北京时间3月25日，中乙赣州瑞狮官方公布了新赛季教练团队与工作人员名单，其中斯坦季奇出任赣州瑞狮新帅，李晓挺担任领队。
主教练：斯坦季奇
斯坦季奇(DraganStancic)，1982年2月12日出生于前南斯拉夫Obrenovac，前塞尔维亚职业足球运动员，足球教练员，持有欧足联A级教练员资格证书。
领队：李晓挺
李晓挺，1989年1月3日出生于辽宁省大连市，前中国足球运动员，场上司职中场。现担任赣州瑞狮足球俱乐部领队，将在球队中协调各方、总领球队。
