SK海力士当地时间3月25日表示，已向美国证监会秘密提交文件，计划今年在美发行美国存托凭证（ADR）。SK海力士称，尚未最终确定发行规模、结构和时间表等细节。
此前有媒体报道称，SK海力士考虑通过在美上市筹集10万亿至15万亿韩元（约合100.3亿美元）资金，旨在扩大先进存储芯片产能。
