女孩地铁吐血后，脱外套将地板擦干？本人回应

近日，一位在地铁上擦血迹的重病女孩，引发关注。

据极目新闻消息，3月23日下午，重庆地铁1号线上，一位女孩吐血弄脏地铁地板，她拖着病体，脱下自己的外套将其擦干。这一幕被旁边的乘客拍下发到网上：“女孩在身体极度不适的情况下，仍然坚持用自己的衣服清除地面的血迹。”

A seriously ill woman in Southwest China's Chongqing has drawn attention after being filmed using her coat to clean up blood she had vomited on a subway floor while heading to the hospital.

The incident occurred on Monday afternoon on Line 1 of the Chongqing Metro. A passenger recorded the moment and shared it online, noting that despite being in extreme physical distress, the woman insisted on wiping the floor clean herself.

视频发布后，评论区里涌入大量留言。有人认出，视频里的女孩叫胡心瑶，因患ANCA相关性血管炎被网友关注。

3月23日晚，胡心瑶表示，她看到了网友们转发的视频，视频中的人确实是她。

Online users later identified her as Hu Xinyao, who has long documented her battle with ANCA-associated vasculitis. She confirmed her identity later that evening.

胡心瑶称，“最近经常这样，一天吐两三回，当时是在去医院的路上，突然吐血了。因为场面有点血腥，担心大家被吓到，所以赶紧用外套擦了。”

Hu said she had been vomiting blood frequently — up to two or three times a day — and that the episode occurred suddenly while she was on her way to seek medical treatment. Worried about alarming other passengers, she used her coat to clean it up.

另据封面新闻2月12日报道，胡心瑶与血管炎抗争已经超过八年。她介绍，2025年，她一共收到了28份病危通知书。

She has been battling the disease for more than eight years and received 28 critical condition notices in 2025 alone, according to earlier reports.

重庆医科大学附属第一医院急诊科工作人员表示，胡心瑶在该院就诊过，病情属隐私不便透露。

而在“胡心瑶在地铁擦血迹”一幕引关注前，她的故事就曾被多家媒体报道，牵动了大量网友的心：

2025年8月31日，胡心瑶年仅26岁的前男友肖先生因急性胰腺炎离世，弥留之际，他托付朋友将工作多年积攒的5万元转交给患病的前女友，希望她能实现自己成立“病友之家”的愿望。

Before the incident, Hu's story had already resonated widely. On Aug 31, 2025, her 26-year-old ex-boyfriend died of acute pancreatitis, leaving 50,000 yuan in savings to support her dream of creating a mutual-aid community for patients.

之后，胡心瑶用这笔钱成立了“鹿灵瑶病友之家”，同病友们互帮互助，共同抵御病魔。

She later used the money to establish the "Lulingyao Patient Home", where people with similar conditions support one another.
