3月23日，大众点评发布《2025年评价透明度报告》。报告显示，过去一年，大众点评App累计收到近4.5亿条用户评价，覆盖境内外近902.9万家商户。2025年，大众点评率先引入AI智能体辅助人工审核评价，提升评价真实性，全年处置超2557万条违规评价，分层处置AIGC评价共1161万条；升级星级评分规则，聚焦“赠品换好评”违规行为，高强度促评商户数下降42%。（澎湃新闻记者 范佳来）
