格隆汇3月23日丨正道集团(01188.HK)发布公告，预期截至2025年12月31日止年度(“报告期间”)将录得净溢利不少于3000万港元，而2024年同期则录得净亏损约1400万港元。上述预期由净亏损转为净溢利主要由于(i)报告期间车载电池及备品备件业务的收入回升；(ii)报告期间行政开支减少；以及报告期间处置附属公司收益。
