北京时间3月23日晚，CBA常规赛第29轮，四川男篮83-116不敌山东高速，赛季二十九连败打破CBA单赛季连败纪录。
本赛季以来，四川未能取得任何一场胜利，29连败创造CBA历史最长单赛季连败纪录，此前该纪录由宁波男篮在2023-2024赛季创造（28连败）。
同时，四川男篮的跨赛季累计连败场次已达34场。
而在本赛季开赛前，四川队因长期拖欠球员工资被联名举报，差点无缘CBA注册。
