财联社3月23日电，俄罗斯总统普京当地时间3月23日召开经济问题会议，就当前经济形势发表一系列讲话。普京表示，今年1月，俄罗斯国内生产总值下降2.1%，工业生产下降0.8%。普京指出，目前俄罗斯通胀率已稳定在6%以下。此外，俄罗斯油气公司应将能源出口带来的额外收入用于偿还债务。 (央视新闻)
