财联社3月23日电，华新环保(301265.SZ)公告称，公司拟将名称由“华新绿源环保股份有限公司”变更为“华新绿源资源科技股份有限公司”，同时将证券简称由“华新环保”变更为“华新科技”，同时变更经营范围、修订《公司章程》。当前，公司主营业务已从传统的“环境保护服务”升级为以技术创新为核心，通过物理、化学等科技手段将各类废弃物转化为具有高附加值的再生资源及稀贵工业原料。
