3月23日，中国东方航空发布通报称，3月22日晚，公司由北京飞往上海虹桥航班落地后，一旅客掉落到座椅缝隙中的手机受挤压冒烟起燃。机组第一时间果断处置，航班运行、旅客出行未受影响。
