3月22日，三安光电（600703）发布公告，公司的实际控制人林秀成因涉嫌违法行为被留置并立案调查。
公告中提到，自2017年7月10日以来，林秀成已不再担任公司任何职务。尽管该事件发生，但公司表示其生产经营管理情况正常，拥有完善的组织架构和规范的治理体系，预计此事项不会对公司的生产经营产生重大影响。
2025年前三季度，三安光电实现收入138.17亿元，归母净利润8860万元。
