北京商报讯（记者 张君花）3月20日，雅戈尔在接受调研者提问时表示，截至2025年三季度末，公司地产存货(不含合作项目)账面价值约66亿元(其中已实现预售的预收房款约44亿元)。部分待售项目可能存在去化速度不及预期的风险。公司将密切关注市场动态，并定期根据存货的可变现情况进行减值测试，及时评估相关财务影响。
