格隆汇3月20日丨东建国际(00329.HK)发布公告，截至2025年12月31日止年度(“本年度”)的初步未经审核综合管理账目的最新审阅，集团预计将录得综合净亏损介乎1500万港元至2000万港元，而于截至2024年12月31日止年度则录得综合净亏损约885万港元。净亏损增加主要由于出售附属公司的一次性收益减少及利息收入减少。
