新京报讯 据烟草微报消息，2026年3月20日上午，中央组织部有关负责同志出席国家烟草专卖局领导干部会议，宣布中央决定：姚来英同志任国家烟草专卖局党组书记，免去张建民同志的国家烟草专卖局党组书记职务。
