格隆汇3月20日｜据市场消息，德国汽车半导体公司Elmos Semiconductor正考虑出售，其创始人正计划退出该业务。据悉，Elmos市值约23亿欧元（25亿美元），已聘请摩根士丹利担任此次交易的顾问。
