据报道，联合利华公司正与美国调味料生产商味好美（McCormick）商谈合并其食品业务。据悉，两者之间的全股票交易或将在数周内敲定。此前有报道称，联合利华正考虑剥离其食品业务。联合利华旗下拥有多芬、凡士林和Nexxus等护肤护发品牌。过去十年间，该公司已出售了其他食品资产。
