3月19日，维尔利（300190）发布公告，预计2026年第一季度归母净利润为盈利400万元至600万元，上年同期为亏损5472万元。扣除非经常性损益后的净利润预计为盈利388万元至582万元，上年同期为亏损5584万元。
公告指出，业绩变动的原因主要是公司业务结构持续优化，整体毛利率上升。此外，通过前期架构调整与人员配置优化、加强成本控制等措施，公司费用进一步降低，从而预计实现整体盈利。
