3月19日，人保双利混合（004988）发布公告，基金经理胡琼予因个人原因于2026年3月17日离任。程同朦于同日被增聘为基金经理，与王小虎共同管理本基金。
程同朦拥有9年证券投资管理经验，曾在爱建证券、东兴证券、包商银行、邮储银行上海分行、财通证券、方正富邦基金任职。
