近日，长春市民吕先生称，他在2025年12月驾车途中遭遇一辆陌生黑色路虎车连续8次别停，最终引发追尾事故，车辆受损严重。事发后，交警认为路虎车主涉嫌危险驾驶，未出具交通事故认定书，但交警多次向公安机关移交案件未果。
