近日，广西南宁。一出租车和电动车相撞，出租车司机当场情绪崩溃，反复大喊“你干嘛要闯红灯”，哭着让乘客帮忙报警。
据知情人，当时出租车抢了黄灯，电动车闯红灯，导致相撞，电动车上有两人，车被撞碎了。
