3月17日，福光股份（688010）发布公告，控股股东中融（福建）投资有限公司在2025年11月20日至2026年3月16日期间，通过集中竞价方式合计增持公司股份87万股，占公司总股本的0.54%。
本次权益变动后，中融投资所持有的公司股份数量由4427万股增加至4514万股，占公司总股本比例由27.57%增加至28.12%。
2025年前三季度，福光股份实现收入4.78亿元，归母净利润-4700万元。
