企查查APP显示，近日，嘉峪关洪通清洁能源有限公司成立，法定代表人为闫伟军，注册资本为2000万元，经营范围包含：燃气经营；燃气汽车加气经营；集中式快速充电站；站用加氢及储氢设施销售等。企查查股权穿透显示，该公司由洪通燃气（605169.SH）全资子公司哈密洪通燃气有限公司、甘肃金通雄关国际物流园有限公司共同持股。
