3月16日，据中国生物消息，中国生物新突发传染病新型疫苗研发全国重点实验室病毒载体和重组病毒技术研究团队近日在国际著名病毒学期刊《Journal of Virology》和《Journal of Virological Methods》发表了重组病毒疫苗构建和筛选方法等系列研究成果，丰富了新突发传染病疫苗研发技术路径，开发了新一代猴痘减毒活疫苗。研究结果表明，引入CRISPR-Cas基因编辑技术对病毒基因组多点位、定向精准编辑，规避了既往同源重组技术整合效率低、毒株获取慢的技术缺点。
