财联社3月14日电，巴基斯坦三军新闻局当地时间14日通报称，阿富汗方发射的几架简易无人机，造成至少4人受伤，其中包括2名儿童。13日晚间，巴基斯坦安全部门表示在拉瓦尔品第附近不同地点拦截并击落了两架简易无人机。
