据报道，特朗普政府势将暂停实施琼斯法以抑制油价上涨。《琼斯法案》，是1920年美国颁布的《海运商业法案》核心条款的俗称。该法案规定美国境内港口间的海上贸易必须使用美国建造、美国船东拥有、美国籍船员操作的船舶。
