生态环境部部长黄润秋在十四届全国人大四次会议第三场“部长通道”上说，去年全国PM2.5平均浓度降到28微克/立方米，优良天数比例达到89.3%，创有监测以来最好水平。“十四五”时期全国PM2.5浓度累计下降20%，重污染天数减少25%。地表水优良水质断面比例达到91.4%，远超“十四五”设定目标。
