3月11日晚，宝钢股份发文表示，公司于近日收到国家知识产权局的专利无效审查决定，公司核心发明专利“一种具有气垫缓冲腔的真空镀膜装置”（专利号：ZL202010702070.7）在抵御安赛乐米塔尔公司发起的两轮专利无效攻击后，最终被依法维持专利权有效。
