3月10日，华数传媒（000156）发布公告，近日公司董事会收到副总裁何刚提交的书面辞职报告。
何刚因年龄原因不再担任公司副总裁职务，其原定任期至2028年11月3日。根据《公司法》《公司章程》的相关规定，辞职报告自送达董事会之日起生效，后续何刚将在公司担任高级顾问。
2025年前三季度，华数传媒实现收入64.07亿元，归母净利润3.49亿元。
