新城控股3月10日公告，3月10日，公司境外子公司新城環球有限公司完成在境外发行总额为3.55亿美元的年息11.8%、2029年到期的无抵押固定利率债券，相关债券已于2026年3月10日在新加坡证券交易所完成上市。本次债券发行的募集资金将在符合法律法规的前提下主要用于偿还公司一年内到期的境外中长期债务。
