在上周林俊旸突然离职后，阿里在3月9日下午有了新的管理安排：Qwen 模型一号位由阿里云 CTO 和通义实验室负责人周靖人代管，他会深入了解模型发展需要的资源，提升各环节协作效率，确保模型高效迭代。负责 Qwen 预训练的刘大一恒，则将同时代管后训练和 Coding 团队。刘大一恒和 Qwen 模型团队的其他 leader 向周靖人汇报。
