财联社3月10日电，从水利部了解到，截至3月9日10时，黄河累计开河379.3千米。预计3月14日前后全线开通，较常年偏早9天；预计头道拐水文站开河最大十日水量为6亿立方米左右，较常年偏少约4成；最大开河凌峰流量950立方米每秒左右，较常年偏小约5成。开河平稳，风险总体可控。 (央视新闻)
