当地时间3月9日，AI初创公司Anthropic正式向美国加州联邦地区法院提起诉讼，反对美国政府将其列入国家安全威胁名单（供应链风险认定）。Anthropic称此举违法且史无前例，已导致其与联邦政府合同取消，声誉及数亿收入受损。此前，双方在AI模型Claude的军事用途限制上存在分歧，美方要求获得无限制访问权限，而Anthropic坚持不能用于完全自主武器或大规模监控。
