3月10日，四川能投发展（01713）发布公告，非执行董事姚更生因退休提出辞任，辞任将于2025年度股东会选举新非执行董事后生效。
同时，公司接获中国电力国际发展有限公司（02380）的通知，建议委任陆群为非执行董事。董事会已于2026年3月9日批准该提议，待股东于年度股东会批准后生效。
陆群拥有丰富的职业背景，曾在多家电力公司任职，主要负责公司合规、企业管治及业务发展。
