人民财讯3月9日电，3月9日，上海市金山区人民政府与阿里云正式签署战略合作协议，双方将加速阿里飞天云智能华东算力中心建设，打造基于“真武”芯片的超大规模算力中心。该中心将成为华东地区规模最大的智算枢纽之一，助力上海人工智能高地建设。
