3月9日上午，农业农村部部长韩俊在十四届全国人大四次会议第二场“部长通道”上表示，全国832个脱贫县，每个县都培育了特色鲜明、带动能力强的脱贫产业。下一步要进一步提质增效，实现可持续发展，尤其是要加强全产业链的开发，联农带农帮助这些脱贫老乡能够增收致富。
