3月2日-3月8日，北京市商品住宅成交359套，成交面积4.65万㎡，成交金额27.61亿元。其中，位于海淀树村的中海·安澜北京以11套、0.24万㎡、3.26亿元的成绩，成为全市新房网签周度金额冠军。
该项目是2025年北京楼市的地王——楼面价达10.23万元/㎡，规划16栋4-6层叠墅+洋房产品，南北分区，总户数278套。截至目前，共网签12套房源，成交均价138656.26元/㎡。
