据 Cointelegraph 报道，美国众议员 Michael Cloud 联合 28 名国会议员致信国会领导层，要求永久禁止美国发行央行数字货币（CBDC）。议员认为，当前法案仅拟禁止美联储发行 CBDC 至 2031 年的临时措施力度不足，并警告 CBDC 可能导致金融监控、赋予美联储过度权力并威胁公民自由，应恢复此前提出的 《Anti-CBDC Surveillance State Act》 中更严格的永久禁令条款。
