3月7日，皇马官方发布2025-26赛季中期财政报表，财务压力凸显。截至2025年12月31日，俱乐部账面现金仅340万欧元，较半年前1.758亿欧元大幅缩水，创近年新低。
总负债约17.8亿欧元，其中流动负债4.67亿、非流动负债13.12亿。 上半程营收5.71亿欧元，同比降1850万；净利润520万欧元，较去年同期2940万大幅下滑。
现金锐减主因是伯纳乌翻新与夏窗引援（赫伊森、马斯坦托诺合计近1.2亿欧），俱乐部已动用1亿欧信用额度缓解流动性压力。
