格隆汇3月6日丨中国通才教育(02175.HK)宣布，大华马施云会计师事务所有限公司(「大华」)已辞任公司核数师职务，自2026年3月6日起生效，董事会已决议委任中正天恒会计师有限公司(「中正天恒」)为公司新任核数师，以填补大华辞任后的临时空缺，自2026年3月6日起生效。中正天恒将任职至公司下届股东周年大会结束为止。
