3月6日，拓斯达（300607）发布公告，谢仕梅因内部管理分工调整，申请辞去副总裁、董事会秘书及联席公司秘书职务，但将继续担任投资总监。
同时，公司董事会于2026年3月6日审议通过同意聘任董事、财务总监周永冲为董事会秘书，此外，公司还聘任孙钰珅为证券事务代表协助董事会秘书开展各项工作。
2025年前三季度，拓斯达实现收入16.88亿元，归母净利润4934万元。
