我老婆的叔叔在五十多岁患糖尿病，又是打针又是吃药，一次急性并发症：酮症酸中毒，住进了医院急救输液，意识也出现了问题，在医院大吵大闹，后经过治疗出院了。
从那以后他血糖平稳了，也不吃药，打针了。
直到84岁去世，也与糖尿病无关。
