观点网讯：3月6日，周大福创建发布公告，旗下于2027年到期的8.5亿港元2.80%可换股债券将悉数转换并撤回上市。
该债券最后交易日为2026年3月6日，未偿还债券转换完成时间为2026年3月10日，转换后无已发行未偿还债券。
维也纳证券交易所将于对该债券予以除牌。
