3月6日，扬电科技（301012）发布公告，控股股东汉唐云智算将其持有的2552万股股份办理质押，占其所持股份的58.90%及公司总股本的12.96%，此次质押用于并购贷款担保，累计质押股份比例达到100.00%。
2025年前三季度，扬电科技实现收入9.71亿元，归母净利润3468万元。
