【存储芯片概念再度活跃 朗科科技涨超10%】财联社3月6日电， 存储芯片概念盘中再度活跃，朗科科技涨超10%，此前诚邦股份走出3天2板，香农芯创、佰维存储、灿芯股份、德明利、万润科技涨幅靠前。消息面上，3月4日，三星电子已于上月与主要客户完成一季度DRAM供货价格的最终谈判，服务器、PC及移动端通用DRAM均价较上季度上涨约100%。
