3月5日，振芯科技（300101）发布公告，董事会秘书兼副总经理陈思莉因个人原因决定辞去公司董事会秘书兼副总经理职务，辞职后不再担任公司任何职务。
公司董事会在聘任新的董事会秘书前，指定公司董事兼总经理杨国勇代行董事会秘书职责。
2025年前三季度，振芯科技实现收入7.36亿元，归母净利润9278万元。
