中国青年报客户端北京3月5日电（中青报·中青网记者 胡春艳）3月5日，在国务院新闻办公室吹风会上，《政府工作报告》起草组负责人、国务院研究室主任沈丹阳谈到，过去五年，我国医疗保障水平不断提高，全国跨省异地就医直接结算从无到有，惠及4亿多人次；人均预期寿命超过79岁，5年来提高1.3岁。
