据彭博社，Tradeweb Markets 领投电子通信网络（ECN）平台 Crossover Markets 3100 万美元 B 轮融资，投后估值约 2 亿美元，参投方包括 DRW Venture Capital、Ripple、Virtu Financial、Wintermute Ventures、XTX Markets 和 Illuminate Financial。Tradeweb 计划通过自身算法交易技术将机构客户的加密交易订单接入该平台。Crossover 采用类似外汇市场的 ECN 架构，将交易撮合与托管和信用业务分离，以降低市场波动时的系统性风险。
